Am Beispiel von Schuberts Liedern wird der Frage nachgegangen, was alles nicht in den Noten steht und trotzdem zum Vortrag dieser Werke gehört.
Kurze Referate führen in zentrale Fragen der Aufführungspraxis ein; die erörterten Themen werden dann im Dialog mit Christoph Prégardien auf ihre Bedeutung für die heutige Aufführungspraxis befragt.
